Choppy Video Playback

If you are experiencing choppy video, or video that starts and stops frequently, it is most likely a result of insufficient Internet speed available at your computer.  If you are having trouble, please try the following:

1. If you are connected to the Internet via a wireless connection, check your signal strength.  Move closer to your router if possible.   If you continue to have poor video performance, try connecting to your router with a wired connection.  In general, wireless connections are slower than wired connections.

2. If you have many windows open on your computer, try closing all windows and relaunching your web browser.

3. Try accessing the video library from a different computer (if possible).  This will help determine if the problem is specific to your computer.

4.  Contact your Internet Service Provider, or your Network administrator for assistance with troubleshooting your Internet Connection Speed.

5. Try back later - occasionally, your Internet Service Provider may experience temporary problems and the problem may fix itself after a few minutes or hours.

Please note - we do not offer PC troubleshooting assistance.  Please contact your Internet Service Provider or Network Administrator if your PC cannot view the videos adequately.
