A: Yes! User accounts are available for $75 for each group of 25 users. This nominal user fee is added to the $750 license fee, which equals your total cost for a 12-month subscription term.
Q: Can users be added to the account during the 12-month subscription term?
A: Yes. The local Administrator of the account can add users in increments of 25 at any time during the 12-month subscription term. However, user fees are not prorated for any less than 12 months.
Q: If we only use 2 user accounts out of the 25 we purchased, can I get a prorated refund?

Q: Do you accept purchase orders?
A: Yes. Accredited K-12 schools and institutions of higher education are permitted to pay via purchase order.
Q: Can I receive a refund if I am not happy with these videos?

Q: I have subscribed, but the videos are not playing correctly on my computer. They start and stop frequently. Can I get a refund?
A: Sorry, we do not provide refunds for slow video performance due to limited capacity of your Internet connection. Everyone is strongly encouraged to try our free preview videos before choosing to purchase. If the preview videos work with your Internet connection, then the licensed videos will also work.
